Help with browser games

A game stays blank or keeps loading

1. Allow a little time for the game to download, especially on a mobile connection.
2. Check your connection and reload the page once.
3. Try a current browser. If the player reports that WebGL is unavailable, check your browser’s graphics support and hardware acceleration settings.
4. If only one game fails, its external host or game build may be the cause. Choose a different game while the issue is investigated.

Do not disable browser security protections or install software from unexpected game pop-ups.

Keyboard and touch controls

Click or tap inside the player before using its controls. Read the game’s own start screen: controls differ, and desktop keyboard games may not support touch. Rotate your phone if the game’s layout requires it.

Favourites are missing

Saved lists belong to this browser. Private browsing, cleared site data, blocked storage or a different device can make them unavailable.
